براساس این گزارش، حضور تمامی نویسندگان، علاقه مندان و تولیدكنندگان در این بخش بلامانع است و هیچ محدودیتی در خصوص موضوع و گونه بازی نامه ها وجود ندارد.

همچنین هیات داوران در این بخش در چهار محور محتوایی تاریخی و اساطیری، مقاومت و پایداری، دنیای كودكی و اقتباسی، جوایز ویژه ای را به برگزیدگان اهدا می كند.

بازی نامه بازی هایی كه در بخش اصلی جشنواره شركت كرده اند نیز حق شركت در این بخش را دارند و در عین حال بازی نامه بازی هایی كه سال گذشته در بخش اصلی، داوری شده اند مجوز شركت در مسابقه بازی نامه نویسی را ندارند.

دومین جشنواره بین المللی بازی های رایانه ای از ششم تا 10 تیر ماه در مصلای امام خمینی (ره) برگزار می شود.
